Want something a little healthier than beef jerky? Try pork jerky. Most of the same flavors that are for beef, with one that you won't find with any other meat. You'll get a half pound (8ounces) of pork jerky, made from the pork loin, one of the leanest cuts of pork.

Original - natural and bold (pictured)

Firebreather - the same as Original, just ad heat

Hawaiian Teriyaki - a Hawaiian-style teriyaki

Hawaiian Fire God - the same as Hawaiian Teriyaki, just add heat

Pseudo Bacon – pork jerky, made the same way as our bacon

Smoke Jumper - the same as Original, just add smoke

Spare Rib – Chinese spare rib

St Louis BBQ - a St Louis style BBQ

Health Conscious or Dietary Restrictions?

We can help you with that. All jerky is available with a low sodium version, with a couple of exceptions. Our turkey jerky comes low sodium by default. If you need, send us an e-mail at orders@imperialjerky.com with your order number and we can work to meet your needs.

Quality Products

All of our jerky is hand-trimmed to remove as much fat as possible (with one exception - bacon). What results is jerky of solid meat with a great texture and girth. We don’t use ground meat that is formed nor do we produce jerky that comes out looking like a meat wafer like some other brands.

Our flavors are derived from various Asian cultures, primarily that of the Philippines, Japan and China. There are some distinctly American flavors as well, and we are constantly working to developing new flavors. We strive to make each flavor balanced but still bold.

When you infuse meat with our flavors, then you have Imperial Jerky. It’s been described as “genius” or “jerky marinated in jerky” and has received comments such as “this is awesome” or the complexly simple “dude….” You’re going to have to give it a try for yourself.
