For those that want to have bacon jerky without the guilt, we've got you covered with this one. Fake Bacon is turkey breast prepared the same way we make our normal Bacon Jerky, so you're left the flavor of the bacon at and the health benefits of turkey. You'll get a full pound (16 ounces) of what is actually turkey jerky. Also good on its own or cooked into omelets. Warning, this is just as addictive as our normal bacon jerky.

Original - salty, sweet and smokey

Firebreather - the same as the Original, just add heat

Burnt Ends: - the same as the Original, with more heat than Firebreather

Health Conscious or Dietary Restrictions?

We can help you with that. All jerky is available with a low sodium version, with a couple of exceptions. Our turkey jerky comes low sodium by default. If you need, send us an e-mail at orders@imperialjerky.com with your order number and we can work to meet your needs.

Quality Products

All of our jerky is hand-trimmed to remove as much fat as possible (with one exception - bacon). What results is jerky of solid meat with a great texture and girth. We don’t use ground meat that is formed nor do we produce jerky that comes out looking like a meat wafer like some other brands.

Our flavors are derived from various Asian cultures, primarily that of the Philippines, Japan and China. There are some distinctly American flavors as well, and we are constantly working to developing new flavors. We strive to make each flavor balanced but still bold.

When you infuse meat with our flavors, then you have Imperial Jerky. It’s been described as “genius” or “jerky marinated in jerky” and has received comments such as “this is awesome” or the complexly simple “dude….” You’re going to have to give it a try for yourself.
