For those that want to have bacon jerky without the as much guilt, we've got you covered with this one. Pseudo Bacon is as close as you can get to having our bacon jerky without it being true bacon. Prepared the same way we make our normal Bacon Jerky, so you're left the flavor of the bacon but much leaner and healthier. You'll get a half pound (8 ounces) of what is actually pork jerky. Also good on its own or cooked into omelets. Warning, this is just as addictive as our normal bacon jerky.

Original - salty, sweet and smokey
Firebreather - the same as the Original, just add heat
Burnt Ends: - the same as the Original, with more heat than Firebreather
