Once you try bacon jerky, you'll be hooked. We cure the bacon ourselves, after trimming off some of the fat. You get thick pieces, not something thin like what you would get at the grocery store. You'll get a half pound (8 ounces) of bacon jerky. Good on its own or cooked into omelets. Each bite will make you want more.

Original - salty, sweet and smokey
Firebreather - the same as the original, just add heat
Burnt Ends - the same as original, with more heat than Firebreather
